What We're Looking For
We're in search of enthusiastic and energetic self-start individuals who are eager to dive into our sales process as an Enterprise Account Executive. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will become an integral part of our sales team, helping us identify, prospect, qualify and close deals.
How You'll Make an Impact
1. Business Growth & Market Leadership
Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closing, focusing on Fortune 500 and high-growth companies in manufacturing, healthcare, retail and/or restaurant sector. Create targeted sales strategies using industry insights and specific client challenges. Develop a scalable, repeatable sales playbook for enterprise customers.
2. Strategic Sales & Consultative Engagement
Connect with key decision-makers, including C-suite leaders, recruitment and HR executives, and operational managers. Create compelling presentations, demos, and proposals that showcase Ribbon’s value proposition. Act as a trusted advisor by crafting tailored hiring solutions that boost ROI and operational efficiency.
3. Relationship Management & Client Success
Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer experience and post-sale engagement.
Work with internal teams to drive customer success, retention, and growth opportunities. Track and analyze customer needs to guide product development and marketing strategies.
4. Industry Thought Leadership
Keep current with recruitment trends, AI advances, and industry developments. Represent Ribbon as a thought leader and brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
